The purpose of the Wellness Allstars is to recognize and reward medical practices who are excelling at their mission. Whether excellent delivery of health services (taking care of, serving, healing, comforting, protecting and restoring health in their patients) as well as practices who excel at delivering community resources and services.
By nominating a practice, you enter them into a draw to win the Wellness Allstars package.
